2. What’s your reason for joining TSM Korea instead of any other study missions?
Simply, I love Korea.
3. Tell us something interesting about the company you are in charge of for TSM
Cybernoids is the inventor of Live2D. Basically, the Live2D is a set of graphic technologies and tools that allows artists to create animations and interactive contents while staying true to the original 2D art. When my team chanced upon this company, we think it is something interesting to explore in as people always wonder how the artists can design such professional and stunning graphical images for games or even anime shows.
4. Why did you choose your company out of so many start-ups in Japan/Korea?
Anime is produced by Japan. Since Cybernoids is creating something that relates to anime in a way, we think it will be a good opportunity to observe and learn from the founder. Till date, Cybernoids has powered over 100 commercial titles in games, apps and movies. We think it is impressive for a start-up company to achieve so much in such a competitive computer graphics industry.
5. What is the biggest thing that you wish to achieve out of this TSM?
I want to learn and explore beyond the shores on how start-up companies become successful in creating an economy with new business innovations. I strongly believe the company visits will give me a chance to learn from different aspects such as innovation development and fund-raising, providing an overview of what it takes for a firm to survive and operate.
