2. What’s your reason for joining TSM Korea instead of any other study missions?
Fate, one of the strongest mantra in life. Letting things go with the flow.
3. Tell us something interesting about the company you are in charge of for TSM
United has a venture capital segment! So it will be really interesting to see the kind of startups that they invest in, considering their main arm is within the marketing / smartphone industry.
4. Why did you choose your company out of so many start-ups in Japan/Korea?
Nozomi-san from Wantedly has helped fully in getting United, so we have to thank her for finding this venture capital firm for us to reference from.
5. What is the biggest thing that you wish to achieve out of this TSM?
Experience the many different cultural work experiences and adopt one if not a mixture of working cultures for future work / business! Working culture is one that either makes or breaks the employees in the company. Having worked at big companies and startups in Singapore, the experiences in Korea and Japan will definitely be a fresh one for me. There is much to learn and I hope there are companies with great culture to emulate.
